Account and Data Deletion

Delete local practice data

Open Account → Privacy & Data → Delete local practice data. Confirm twice. This removes local sessions, telemetry, check-ins, program progress, synchronization queues, free-use counters, and scheduled reminders. It preserves the account, language preference, and cloud records.

Stop Wear OS, Health Connect, or cloud-history processing

End the active watch session and manage the heart-rate permission in Wear OS settings to stop direct watch readings. Unconfirmed watch samples are removed after phone acknowledgement or expire within 24 hours. Use Privacy & Data to withdraw Health Connect read access or cloud-history synchronization. Withdrawal stops future processing but does not automatically delete existing local or cloud history. When sync is off, a separate two-step action deletes cloud sessions and telemetry while preserving the account, subscription, local history, and consent records.

Delete account and cloud data

In the app, open Account and choose Delete account. The operation deletes the Supabase account and associated cloud records, including consent events through database cascade. Local practice data remains unless deleted separately.

If you cannot access the app, email support@stillpulse.app from the account address with the subject “Account deletion request”. Do not send a password or token.

Google Play subscription

Deleting an account or app does not cancel billing. Cancel an active subscription separately in Google Play.

Website, feedback, and support

Email support@stillpulse.app to request deletion of feedback or support correspondence. Provide enough information to locate the record.

Timing and exceptions

Requests are handled without undue delay and ordinarily within one month under GDPR. Narrow records may be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, or the defence of legal claims.
