Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete a StillPulse account, what is removed from the cloud, and what remains under your control on the device or in Google Play.
Last updated: 9 July 2026
Important distinction
Account deletion, local device cleanup, and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
1. What account deletion removes
- Your StillPulse account and authentication record.
- Cloud-stored session data associated with that account.
- Related cloud account metadata needed to operate the account.
2. What account deletion does not remove
- Local data already stored on your device. You can remove that by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
- Google Play purchase records and subscription records managed by Google.
3. In-app deletion
If you can access the app, open the account area in settings and use the delete-account action there. Follow the confirmation flow shown in the app.
4. Email deletion request
If you cannot access the app, email support@stillpulse.app from the address associated with the account, or include that address in the message. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
5. Subscriptions
Deleting a StillPulse account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. If you want billing to stop, cancel the subscription separately in Google Play.
6. Local device data
If you used StillPulse without an account, or if you want to remove local copies after deleting an account, clear app storage or uninstall the app on the device.
