1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using StillPulse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service description

StillPulse is a wellness application for guided breathing practice. It can include optional account features, optional cloud sync, and optional read-only heart-rate biofeedback through Android Health Connect.

3. Not a medical service

StillPulse is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Additional detail is available on the Medical Disclaimer page.

4. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the service under applicable law and to make purchases through Google Play where purchases are available.

5. Free and Premium access

Some features are available without payment. Premium access unlocks additional product features and is sold through Google Play. Store billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow Google Play's policies.

6. Acceptable use

• Use the app only in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the service or bypass access controls.
• Do not reverse engineer the app except where law permits it.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its software, design, branding, and related content remain the property of StillPulse or its licensors. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Availability

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Warranty disclaimer

StillPulse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, StillPulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without limiting any consumer protection rights that apply under mandatory local law.
