1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old to use StillPulse. By using the service, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Wellness use only
StillPulse supports general breathing and relaxation practice. It is not a medical device, healthcare professional, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency service.
3. Accounts
Keep access to your email and sign-in method secure. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users or infrastructure.
4. Premium and billing
Google Play displays the price, billing period, and renewal terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled in Google Play. Account deletion does not cancel billing. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Availability and changes
Features may change to improve safety, reliability, lawfulness, or compatibility. The service may be interrupted. No uninterrupted availability is promised.
6. User responsibility
Use a comfortable breathing pace and stop if you feel unwell. You remain responsible for decisions based on app output and for files you export or share.
7. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. To the extent permitted, StillPulse is provided without guarantees of a particular wellness outcome or clinical accuracy.
