StillPulse uses guided breathing patterns and timed audio cues to make a breathing session easier to follow. For Premium sessions, it can also react to read-only heart-rate input from Health Connect during the practice.
What we do not claim
StillPulse does not claim to diagnose stress, measure anxiety, improve cardiovascular health, or treat sleep problems. Session metrics are descriptive summaries of one recorded practice, not medical findings.
Why the feedback is kept narrow
The app focuses on session structure, consistency, and user-visible feedback. It does not try to turn wearable data into broad health judgments. That narrower scope helps keep the product understandable and aligned with its role as a wellness tool.
